Corey Roberts is Vice President of Bayshore Development Inc., one of the original Checkers franchisees founded in 1989 by his father, Larry Roberts. Bayshore opened the first Checkers restaurant in Tennessee in 1989 and the first in Georgia in 1990, and today owns and operates 11 Checkers restaurants. Having grown up with the brand, Corey is committed to operational excellence, well-maintained restaurants, exceptional speed of service, and developing high-performing teams. Under his leadership, Bayshore achieved 13 consecutive years of positive sales growth (2010–2023) while maintaining an average unit volume exceeding $1.5 million. Bayshore has been recognized with the Checkers Franchisee of the Year Award (2006), Best Image Award (2006), Best Accuracy Award (2006), and the Founders Award (1995), reflecting a longstanding commitment to quality, consistency, and exceptional guest service.

Valerie Dixon Babb, PhD is a second generation Checkers franchisee. Her family has been in the Checkers System for 34 years while Valerie has been actively involved for 14 years. She and her partners have owned and operated 14 locations in Louisiana and Georgia. Valerie bought out her family in 2018 and currently owns five locations in South Georgia. Checkers awarded Valerie the Checkers Community Service award in 2023 for her local community involvement. Valerie also serves as the Vice-President for Checkers Jacksonville Co-op.

Shana Gonzales is a multi-unit restaurant franchise owner and industry veteran with more than 34 years of experience in quick-service restaurant operations and leadership. A Checkers franchisee for the past 15 years, she operates three Atlanta-area restaurants and has held leadership roles ranging from Assistant Manager to Regional Corporate Vice President, Franchisee COO, and Franchisee. Gonzales is a current and former member of the Franchise Advisory Council, serves as President of the Atlanta Co-Op, and is a multiple recipient of the Market Leadership Award. She also owns and operates five Jersey Mike's Subs.

With nearly 25 years of experience with the brand, Mike Rosania began his career as a Rally’s Corporate District Manager overseeing 10 locations in Toledo, Ohio, earning District Manager of the Year honors twice. He later served as a Field Training Manager, supporting company and franchise locations and assisting with multiple system-wide platform rollouts. After four years in training, he transitioned to Franchise Business Consultant, successfully supporting franchise groups across the Midwest and West Coast, and was recognized as Franchise Business Consultant of the Year for two consecutive years. Eight years ago, he became a franchisee and has consistently achieved top performance, with at least one restaurant qualifying for the Top Ten Cruise each year. He has served on the CARE Board for four years and contributes to the eCommerce/Delivery and Technology committees. He currently serves as President of the Toledo Marketing Co-op.
